Yes. This is an independently developed web tool
for drawing fault trees, completely free and requiring no registration. You can
generate, modify, and export fault tree vector diagrams an unlimited number of times,
and there are no forced watermarks on the drawings.
Which software supports the exported SVG format?
The exported SVG is a standard pure vector graphic
file. You can drag it directly into Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or Adobe Illustrator for
secondary editing. Node text and outlines will remain independently editable.
How to quickly control the hierarchical relationship of event
nodes?
This tool uses an "indentation syntax" similar to
Python code. You simply select the content in the text box and press the
Tab key to indent. The indented content below will automatically become
child events of the previous level's node.
Will the data I input be saved on the server? Is it secure?
Extremely secure. All logic of this tool runs
locally in your browser. Your text data is automatically saved in your browser's
LocalStorage to prevent loss, and will never be uploaded to any cloud servers, perfectly
meeting the needs of confidential reliability engineering.
Can I use this tool on a mobile phone or tablet?
Yes. The webpage is fully responsive across all
platforms. When opened on mobile devices, the tool area automatically switches to a
top-and-bottom layout for touch convenience. However, considering layout efficiency, we
still recommend using a PC keyboard for fault tree modeling.
What if I cannot find the specific logic gate symbol I need?
Currently, the tool has built-in support for the
most commonly used "OR gate [OR]" and "AND gate [AND]". If you need a voting gate or
other special symbols, we recommend using this tool to generate the basic topology
framework and export it as an SVG first. Then, replace individual symbols in
professional drawing software, which greatly improves overall drawing efficiency. You
can also use the [Provide Feedback] button at the bottom to tell us what types of logic
gates you want added, and we will support them in future versions.
